In this magazine, we present summarized biographical studies of important New Testament characters. These men of God were selected for their historical and ecclesiastical relevance, not because they are considered, in any aspect, better than others.

To compose a clearer profile of these great heroes of the faith, we turn to extrabiblical sources; however, we use the text available in the Holy Scriptures as a basic reference. Our proposal with this series is to present little-explored outlines of thirteen ordinary men, who found in Christ the greatest reason for their existence.
